Dates, prices, availability, venues, and cancellation status can change. Confirm important details with the original source or ticket provider before traveling or purchasing.
Sponsored placement
Paid and house promotional cards are labeled “Sponsored placement.” Sponsored campaigns may be selected by broad intent such as date night or family plans, but payment never changes an event's organic quality, relevance, distance, or recommendation score.
Google-served advertisements
Google AdSense placements are labeled “Advertisement” and displayed as separate advertising inventory inside the event feed. Happens.city does not select the advertiser or control the destination of a Google-served ad, and those ads never affect event ordering or quality scores.
Outbound links
Sponsored links use a tracked Happens.city redirect for aggregate click reporting and carry the rel="sponsored" relationship. Happens.city does not control third-party content, transactions, or availability.
Use of the service
Use the application lawfully and do not attempt to manipulate sponsor reporting, submit automated inquiries, or interfere with source scanning.
These prototype terms should receive jurisdiction-specific legal review before a public commercial launch.
